The Full Oslo Day: from breakfast to a table with a view

For guests who want someone to look after the whole day, in English or French, without thinking about logistics. Your guide collects you at your hotel, walks you through two Oslos — the 19th-century city around the palace, then the 21st-century waterfront — books both your lunch and dinner tables, and leaves a free afternoon in between so the day never feels rushed.

    Your guide meets you at your hotel. Breakfast there if you like, or we can suggest a spot on the way.

  2. Chapter 1 · Frogner and the Royal Park

    About 4 km on foot

    The palace on the hill, the romantic Palace Park, Homansbyen's villas and Vigeland's 850-metre axis. The full architecture walk.

  3. Lunch downtown

    About 2 km on foot

    A table reserved at a modern Nordic restaurant, on the walk between Frogner and the centre — a good place to talk about what you've seen and what's next.

    Included: A reserved table (you pay the restaurant directly)

  4. Chapter 2 · Bjørvika and MUNCH

    About 3 km on foot

    The sunken motorway, the Opera roof, the Barcode towers, then two unhurried hours inside MUNCH.

  5. A free afternoon

    Your own pace

    Time to rest at your hotel, shop, or simply sit somewhere quiet before dinner. Your guide is reachable if plans need to change.

  6. Dinner with a view

    Bjørvika or Ekeberg

    A table reserved for you, either back down in Bjørvika or up on the Ekeberg ridge, for a view over the city and the fjord to close the day. Your guide joins you or sees you there, whichever you prefer.

No — this is a guiding and coordination price. Your guide makes both reservations and joins you if you like; you pay each restaurant directly.

How far ahead do we need to book?

At least 5 to 7 days, so both restaurants can be confirmed. Tell us your date as early as you can, and any dietary needs.

Which restaurants?

We choose a modern Nordic table downtown for lunch and a table with a view for dinner, in Bjørvika or up at Ekeberg, and confirm the exact address once booked — we always keep a second option in case of availability.

Is it tiring?

About 7 km on foot across the day, with a full afternoon free to rest before dinner.

Yes, the whole day runs in English or French.
